About This Watch
An aviation watch is characterized by its large and highly legible dial, allowing a pilot to be able to quickly and easily read time in both good and bad weather, day or night. With our Pilot watch, we modernize the aviation chronograph and create a highly functional and sporty timepiece.
- Robust. The stainless steel case with its patented Case Suspension System is made to protect the movement from the forces found in an air-race airplane.

Swiss Made Quartz movementA Quartz movement, in simple terms, is essentially a battery powered watch. One main advantage of a quartz caliber is accuracy—quartz movements are far more accurate than mechanical movements. Another benefit is convenience. Aside from a battery change every couple of years, a quartz watch will continue to run without the need to wear it or wind it. It is also the far more affordable option compared to mechanical watches.
-
ChronographA chronograph adds the function of a stopwatch in addition to its standard display watch capabilities. Pushers on the side of the watch will allow to start, pause, restart and reset the stopwatch function. A chronograph dial has subdials that allow to keep track of seconds, minutes and hours.
-
Patented Case Suspension SystemModeled with high-performance bikes and racing cars in mind, Formex’s patented Case Suspension System works by integrating four springs between the upper and lower watch case. The result is the ultimate shock absorption system designed to protect the watch movement and deliver unparalleled comfort to the wearer.
